What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for skilled craftsmen who already know how to work with their hands and take pride in a clean, finished result. This role is hands-on and customer-facing. You should be comfortable solving problems in the field, working within a repeatable process, and holding yourself to a high standard without needing to be micromanaged.
This role is a good fit if you:
- Have experience in carpentry, framing, or general construction (bathroom work is a plus)
- Take pride in clean installs, precise details, and a finished product you’d put your name on
- Can adapt and problem-solve when conditions aren’t textbook
- Work well with a team but are confident handling tasks independently
- Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Bring a positive attitude and steady energy to the job
- Are open to refining your skills and growing your role over time
