Rather than remodeling all three bathrooms, we helped the family reinvest their budget into converting an underused hallway and closet into a fully accessible first-floor bathroom. This allowed them to plan ahead: the adjacent music room can easily become a bedroom down the line—giving Mom a full suite without ever needing to use the stairs.
