What makes me Legendary in my role is that I refuse to be the same as everyone else. I focus just as much on communication and the overall experience as I do the final outcome, because how a project feels during the process matters just as much as how it looks when it’s done. My goal is always to create something that genuinely improves how a homeowner lives day to day.
I’ve learned more through building Blue Mountain Bathrooms than any other stage of my life—but more importantly, I’ve realized how much I value growth, learning, and constantly raising the standard. That mindset carries into every project we take on.
Outside of work, I’m engaged, have a large family on both sides, and a furbaby named Lulu who keeps things fun. My friends, family, and I spend a lot of time traveling, riding motorcycles, snowboarding, stargazing, and just getting outdoors whenever we can.
That connection to the outdoors is what inspired our Bigfoot mascot—and the idea that even things that feel out of reach can become Legendary with the right understanding.
My goal is simple: help homeowners create spaces where they can start and end their day in a way that actually feels as good as life should.

Nikki brings a rare mix of structure, leadership, and creative perspective to Blue Mountain Bathrooms. As Operations Manager, she helps keep everything aligned behind the scenes—building systems, refining processes, and making sure every project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Before stepping into her role at BMB, Nikki led operations in the replacement window industry, managing teams and day-to-day production in a fast-paced environment where precision and consistency mattered. That same steady leadership now helps power the systems that support a legendary customer experience.
Outside of BMB, Nikki serves as an administrative officer with her local fire department and documents the fireground as a department photographer. Through her project @throughthesmokeproject, she captures powerful, fine art images that reflect both the intensity and humanity of the fire service.
When she’s not on the fireground or behind the camera, you’ll probably find her knitting—or teaching someone else how to do it too.

I’m the first point of contact at BMB, and I truly enjoy learning about each customer’s project while gathering the details needed to get things started. I have learned that life is incredibly short, so it’s essential for me to live with intention and prioritize my family and keep my love ones close.
I spend my free time reading, doing makeup, watching movies or YouTube videos and hanging out with family, friends or coworkers.
Personally I would like to travel more with my family and experiencing everything I want from life. My professional goal is to evolve into a leadership role where I can take charge of guiding teams while helping the company expand to new heights of success.

With a background in high-end custom home framing in Colorado’s Front Range, including work on demanding builds with Studio B Architecture and Surround Architecture, Andrew has led teams of 10+ craftsmen in delivering complex, detail-oriented projects to a high level of customer satisfaction. Today, he applies that same level of precision and leadership in the fast-paced world of bathroom remodeling across Central Pennsylvania, serving as the company’s sole project manager and a steady force from start to finish.
Known for his ability to embrace challenges head-on, Andrew thrives in the problem-solving side of construction—finding efficient, practical solutions backed by real on-site experience. Clients and coworkers rely on him because he sees every project through, whether that means being present in the field or working behind the scenes to keep everything on track. Guided by his motto, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing,” Andrew is driven by continuous growth and the ever-changing nature of the work.
